The New Perodua Myvi XT

Perodua Myvi is the best selling car in Malaysia for eight years in a row, peaking at around 99,000 units last year. Perodua have come out with a new variant of Myvi recently, it called Myvi XT.

Myvi XT used to replace the current base model, what new for Myvi XT are new chrome front grille and 14-inch 5-spoke alloy rims, besides, there are 2 new colour available, Lime Green and Dazzling Red.

Inside, there are new seat fabric and new audio system (USB & Bluetooth) with painted center cluster. The technical spec still the same, it using K3-VE 1.3 litre engine making 90 hp at 6,000 rpm and 117 Nm at 4,400 rpm. Two transmission options remain the same, five-speed manual and four-speed automatic. No changes to the safety equipment also, there are 2 airbags without ABS.

Prices for the Perodua Myvi XT are RM41,936 for the MT with solid paint, RM42,436 for metallic paint. And RM44,936 AT with solid paint, RM45,436 for metallic paint. The price exactly same as the previous base models they have replaced.

Myvi HellaFlush

Would like to share some pictures of a HellaFlush styled Myvi.

The whole car has been lowered, large JJ rims equipped and the wheels were set to with insane offset and negative camber. It looks damn nice. Besides, the plate number is attractive also.

Spotted this car during an automobile event called Style Society Singapore.

This set of bodykit was customized by Jun Car Acc Johor.

The Bruce Lee Myvi Autoshow Car

Special for the Bruce Lee fans, the modified Myvi autoshow car with Bruce Lee themed airbrush.

This Myvi is one of the active participant in autoshow event, the fantastic airbrush was done by Jaz Airbrush.

The sport rims being painted to match the airbrush design of the car body.

Not only the airbrush, this Myvi also equipped with scissor doors.

It has gained a lot of prizes, the trophies almost cover the car.

VIP Myvi

VIP style modification is one of the popular modification nowadays, I would like to share a picture of Myvi with VIP style modification.

This black Myvi equipped with full VIP style bodykit, it looks luxury and nice. Just my opinion, it will become perfect if low down the car high and equip with offset rims.

Doraemon Myvi SE 2

A cute Perodua Myvi SE 2 which full of Doraemon theme decals, beside that, front, side and rear skirt diffusers were installed, the original rims were retired and the sport rims with larger diameter are hired. Overall it looks cute and nice. Spotted this Myvi during a car club gathering at IOI Mall Kulai recently.

UTM Autoshow 2011 Part 1

Autoshow can be consider as a automobile culture in Malaysia. In different location of Malaysia, there are a lot of autoshow events held frequently. Actually what means by autoshow? In Malaysia, autoshow can be defined as the car exterior and interior modification competition. Sometime autoshow is not a competition but just a car modification showoff event.

There was an autoshow held at University Technology Malaysia JB in conjunction with the UTM 47th convocation on Sept 24, 2011. You may wondering what is the relation between the autoshow and convocation? Car modification also a kind of art and technology, hence there was an autoshow event held in conjunction with the UTM convocation since few years ago. Talking too much, let watch the pictures of modded car.

Wow, this Waja is full of Naruto decals, sure the owner is a Naruto fan. Besides the decal, this Waja equipped with customized bodykit and turbo. Just know that a Mitsubishi engine inside, but not sure what model of it.

Another Proton Waja will the Wangan Midnight Club decal, I assumed the owner is a racing game lover. The owner does not exchange the original front bumper, he has install the lip and diffuser for the bumper. The identity of Waja is retained but it still looks aggressive. Good job.
